A dedicated movement kinesiologist and educator.
MBODÉ is led by Krystle Gallard, a passionate movement educator and the original founder of Murwillumbah Pilates Studio. In March 2025, Krystle acquired MBODÉ, bringing her deep knowledge of functional movement and her genuine care for community into a new chapter for the studio.
With years of experience in guiding clients towards stronger, more connected movement, Krystle brings her signature warmth and professionalism to MBODÉ. Under her direction, the studio continues to evolve as a supportive space for transformation — honouring its foundations while embracing a fresh and thoughtful approach to movement and wellbeing.

Meet Sundari, a passionate advocate of health and movement who grew up practicing Bhakti yoga. With a background in ballet and contemporary dance, she loves exploring both the physical and philosophical aspects of yoga.
Her passion for movement led her to study physiotherapy, completing her Masters and working in diverse roles in London to help people improve their health and fitness. Back in Australia, Sundari now balances teaching at MBODÉ, assisting her husband's furniture-making business, and caring for her baby.
She teaches high-energy barre classes that make you flow and sweat with joy, and yoga classes focused on themes that foster presence and reflection. Sundari's deep knowledge of the body ensures her gentle cues and body awareness help you safely achieve alignment and harness your inner strength.

Meet Rani, MBODÉ's pocket rocket, whose journey intertwines with her dedication to classical Indian dance and a deep love for family and community.
Raised in Murwillumbah and later returning to raise her own children, Rani's life embodies the beauty of sustainable living and nourishing oneself with homegrown food. Yoga became her sanctuary, offering solace and healing during life's trials, guiding her back to her body and spirit. As life unfolded, Pilates and Barre fitness ignited her passion and purpose.
With boundless love and unwavering dedication, Rani leads her classes, inspiring others to find strength, balance, and joy in movement, reminding us of the transformative power of self-care and the importance of nurturing both body and soul.

Meet Eve, a proud earth custodian of Wiradjuri, Irish, Scottish, and Spanish descent, and a Yoga Instructor, Professional Dancer, Indigenous Cultural Educator, storyteller, and mother of four.
Passionate about creative expression and physical healing, Eve has spent the past six years holding space in schools and Aboriginal healing centers, sharing earth wisdom. As a facilitator of First Nations cultural awareness and director of Ngungwulah Aboriginal Corporation, she bridges cultures and promotes wellness.
Recently certified as an Integrative Health Practitioner, Eve explores nutritious meals using traditional Wiradjuri foods. Her "Connection to Country" sessions offer a unique sensory journey that fosters healing and mindfulness. Expect energetic classes that honor the traditional custodians of the land, connecting participants to the earth and each other for healing and unity.

Teleah, a qualified Osteopath with a master's in pelvic health, is dedicated to helping mothers regain strength and confidence in their bodies after birth. Her teaching style is gentle yet powerful, focusing on strengthening from the inside out with precision and precise movements to ensure you are always looked after. Teleah's approach is about fine-tuning her skills to support others in their wellness journey, providing a nurturing and effective path to overall well-being.
